CoinClash

How it works

Every 60 seconds, two coins clash.

CoinClash turns pump.fun creator fees into war chests. Coins fight the reigning King one at a time, the odds follow the money, and the loser's war chest buys back & burns the winner.

01

The loop

  1. 01

    Launch

Deploy on pump.fun with your coin’s own arena vault wallet as its on-chain creator.

  2. 02

    Earn

Every trade pays creator fees into the vault. At 0.05 SOL the coin joins the queue on its own.

  3. 03

    Clash

60 seconds against the King. Each side’s fees are its odds, and the roll is locked on-chain before it’s drawn.

  4. 04

    Burn

The loser’s whole vault market-buys the winner, and every token bought is burned for good.

02

A duel, second by second

  1. 00:00Start

The King meets the #1 coin in the queue. If the hill is empty, the first queued coin is crowned without a fight.

  2. ~00:52Sweep

Both sides’ unclaimed pump.fun creator fees are swept into their vaults, so every last trade counts.

  3. 00:55Lock

The odds freeze. An on-chain memo records both war chests and a hash that commits to a secret seed.

  4. 01:00Settle

The seed is mixed with a Solana block produced after the lock. The memo reveals the seed, and the loser’s vault moves to escrow.

  5. ~01:01Buy & burn

The escrow market-buys the winner on pump.fun or PumpSwap and burns every token it bought, in one transaction.

03

The odds

The formula

P(King) = King fees ÷ (King fees + Challenger fees)

Each side's war chest is its odds. Fees earned during the round keep counting until the lock at 00:55, so heavy trading mid-duel swings the fight.

Example

King: 0.30 SOLChallenger: 0.10 SOL
75%25%

If the challenger pulls the 25% upset, the King's 0.30 SOL buys the challenger and burns it. If the King holds, the challenger's 0.10 SOL buys and burns the King.

04

Provably fair

Commit

At 00:55 an on-chain memo publishes the frozen odds and sha256(seed). The seed is fixed but still secret.

Wait for a block

The roll uses the first Solana block at least 10 slots (~4 s) after the lock, which nobody knows in advance.

Reveal

At settle the memo reveals the seed. roll = sha256(seed + block hash), and the King wins if roll < its odds.

Nobody can pick the winner. The operator can't, because the seed is locked before the block exists. The block producer can't, because it never sees the seed. Every settled duel has a verify link in the coin's match history that recomputes the roll from public chain data.

05

Launching a coin

Cost

About 0.03 SOL in pump.fun rent and network fees, plus a 0.0009 SOL vault activation.

Creator

Your coin’s pump.fun creator is set to its own arena vault, so every creator fee lands in its war chest.

Head start

Optionally seed the war chest with SOL at launch. Reach 0.05 SOL and the coin joins the queue right away.

Queue

Coins with 0.05 SOL or more in their vault line up in order. The #1 coin fights the King next.

06

Who holds the SOL

Vaults and the buyback escrow are wallets held by the CoinClash keeper, the program that runs the rounds. It only moves SOL the way the rules say: fees into vaults, the loser's vault to escrow at settle, and escrow into buy & burn.

Every one of those movements, and every duel's commitment and reveal, is a public Solana transaction anyone can audit. Still, this is a custodial setup: you are trusting the operator with the vault keys. CoinClash is not affiliated with pump.fun.

FAQ

Do I still get my coin’s creator fees?

No. With the arena on, 100% of your coin’s pump.fun creator fees go to its vault and become its war chest. That is what it fights with.

What happens when my coin wins?

It becomes (or stays) the King, its streak grows, and the loser’s war chest is spent buying your coin and burning it, so supply drops.

What happens when my coin loses?

Its war chest is spent on the winner. It rests for 5 minutes, then rejoins the queue as soon as its vault holds 0.05 SOL again.

My coin graduated to PumpSwap. Does it still play?

Yes. Fees are swept from both pump.fun and PumpSwap, and buybacks go through whichever market the coin trades on.

What if something goes wrong mid-duel?

A round that isn’t settled within 3 minutes is cancelled as a no contest. Nothing moves, and the challenger goes back to the front of the queue.

Where do I see results?

The Arena page shows the live duel and a feed of recent results. Every coin page has its full match history, each settled duel with a verify link.
